Job Overview:
Astha Technology Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is looking for passionate and innovative candidates for AI/ML and AI Agent Development roles. We are hiring interns, freshers, and full-time candidates who are interested in AI technologies, automation systems, AI workflows, and modern development practices.
Candidates must have practical knowledge of GHL (GoHighLevel) Automation, workflows, CRM automation, and AI integrations.
Candidates should also have knowledge of Vibe Coding, Prompt Engineering, and AI Agent workflows along with basic frontend and backend development understanding.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop AI/ML-based applications and AI automation systems
- Build and manage AI Agents using modern AI tools and APIs
- Create and manage GHL (GoHighLevel) automations, workflows, triggers, CRM pipelines, and integrations
- Work on Vibe Coding concepts for rapid AI workflow development
- Integrate ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, and other AI models into applications and automation systems
- Assist in frontend and backend development tasks
- Work on APIs, AI integrations, and automation pipelines
- Research and implement latest AI tools, frameworks, and automation technologies
Required Skills:
- Strong understanding of GHL (GoHighLevel) Automation and workflows
- Knowledge of CRM automation and AI integrations
- Basic understanding of AI/ML concepts
- Knowledge of Vibe Codingand AI Agent development
- Basic Prompt Engineering knowledge
- Basic knowledge of Python
- Basic understanding of NodeJS and ReactJS
- Basic frontend and backend development knowledge
- Knowledge of WordPress and Shopify
- Familiarity with APIs and automation tools
- Good problem-solving and logical thinking skills
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with OpenAI API, LangChain, CrewAI, AutoGen, or similar AI frameworks
- Understanding of AI automation workflows and LLM applications
- Knowledge of vector databases and AI pipelines
- Experience working on AI-powered CRM automation systems
