Job Title: Travel Consultant
Job Summary:
We are seeking a knowledgeable and customer-focused Travel Consultant to assist clients in planning and booking travel arrangements. The ideal candidate will provide expert advice on destinations, transportation, accommodations, travel insurance, and vacation packages while ensuring exceptional customer service and a seamless travel experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Consult with clients to understand their travel preferences, budget, and requirements.
- Research and recommend destinations, accommodations, transportation, and travel packages.
- Book flights, hotels, cruises, tours, car rentals, and other travel-related services.
- Prepare customized travel itineraries and provide clients with all necessary travel documentation.
- Inform clients about visa requirements, travel regulations, health advisories, and travel insurance options.
- Handle booking changes, cancellations, and travel-related issues promptly and professionally.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Stay up to date with travel trends, destinations, airline policies, and promotional offers.
- Process payments and maintain accurate customer records.
- Achieve sales targets while delivering exceptional customer service.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; a diploma or degree in Travel, Tourism, Hospitality, or a related field is preferred.
- Previous experience as a Travel Consultant, Travel Agent, or in a customer service or sales role.
- Knowledge of global travel destinations, booking systems, and travel regulations.
- Proficiency in travel reservation systems (e.g., GDS such as Amadeus, Galileo, or Sabre) is an advantage.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Excellent problem-solving and customer service abilities.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple bookings simultaneously.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and online booking platforms.

Salary:
Salary varies based on experience, qualifications, and location. Performance-based incentives or commissions may be offered in addition to a base salary.
Pay: ₹12,442.06 - ₹20,000.00 per month
