- Dealer Acquisition: Identifying, prospecting, and onboarding new dealers and distributors to expand the company's footprint in new regions, particularly in Tier 2 and Tier 3 cities.
- Networking: Attending industry events, trade shows, and conferences to connect with potential clients and partners.
- Relationship Management: Cultivating long-term partnerships with dealers, fleet owners, and transport associations. [1, 2, 3]
2. Sales Strategy & Lead Generation
- Lead Cultivation: Generating new business leads through market research, cold calling, and networking, targeting fleet operators, delivery logistics companies, and individuals seeking to become owner-drivers.
- Corporate & Fleet Sales: Pitching to potential clients for bulk orders of passenger or cargo e-rickshaws.
- Sales Targets: Meeting and exceeding weekly, monthly, and quarterly KPIs, such as number of new dealers added or vehicles sold. [1, 2, 3, 5]
