Job Description:
We are looking for a Fresher Supervisor to handle manpower and production activities in our wire manufacturing plant. Candidates should be willing to work in 12-hour shifts and be eager to learn shop-floor operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle and manage shop-floor manpower
- Allocate workers as per production requirements
- Ensure smooth production flow in the wire manufacturing plant
- Maintain discipline and attendance of workers
- Coordinate with production and maintenance teams
- Ensure safety rules are followed on the shop floor
- Report daily production and manpower status to senior management
Eligibility Criteria:
- Education: 12th Pass / Graduate
- Experience: Freshers can apply
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
