Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic telecaller executive to contact prospective customers/students, provide information about our courses/services, and generate admissions/sales leads. The candidate should possess excellent communication skills and a positive attitude.
Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers/students.
- Explain course details, fees, and benefits clearly.
- Follow up on enquiries and maintain lead records.
- Convert leads into admissions/sales.
- Handle customer queries and provide accurate information.
- Maintain daily call reports and update CRM/database.
- Achieve monthly admission and sales targets.
- Build and maintain good relationships with customers.
Requirements:
- Any degree/diploma or higher secondary qualification.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Ability to work under targets and deadlines.
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
