We are hiring Freshers for the role of Outbound Calling Executive. The candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, explaining company services, generating leads, and maintaining customer relationships.
This role is ideal for candidates who are confident in communication and interested in customer interaction and sales support.
Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to customers and leads
- Explain company services and offerings
- Follow up with interested customers
- Maintain call records and customer data
- Generate leads and schedule appointments when required
- Achieve daily and weekly calling targets
Requirements
- Fresher candidates are welcome
- Good communication skills in Hindi and basic English
- Confident speaking skills
- Basic computer knowledge
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
