Branding Expert – Fashion (Senior Leadership Role)

TooshModa, a premium fashion venture under WoolGold India, is seeking a highly accomplished and results-driven Branding Expert to take full ownership of the brand’s positioning, identity, and long-term growth.
We are looking for an individual who operates with a founder’s mindset—someone who can independently drive the brand narrative, build strategic direction, and deliver measurable impact across global markets.
Core Responsibilities:
- Take full ownership of brand strategy, positioning, and execution across all platforms
- Define and evolve a strong, differentiated brand identity aligned with premium and global standards
- Lead end-to-end brand storytelling, ensuring consistency across all customer touchpoints
- Develop and execute high-impact brand campaigns and initiatives
- Collaborate cross-functionally with design, marketing, and business teams to align brand and commercial objectives
- Continuously analyze market trends, consumer insights, and competitive landscape to inform strategic decisions
- Drive brand growth with accountability for outcomes and long-term brand equity
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Proven 7+experience with global, premium, or luxury fashion brands, or established ethnic wear brands
- Demonstrated success in senior or D-C level branding leadership roles
- Strong ability to independently manage and scale a brand with minimal supervision
- Deep expertise in fashion branding, consumer psychology, and market positioning
- Strategic thinker with strong creative sensibility and execution excellence
- Proven ability to take end-to-end responsibility and ownership of brand outcomes
