The Bank provides a full range of banking services and participates in government schemes like PMJJBY administered through LIC of India.
We are inviting applications for the post of Loan cum NPA Recovery Officer at our Head Office, Ahmedabad.
Key Responsibilities: Recovery & Follow-up: Monitor and follow-up on overdue/NPA accounts across all loan segments including vehicle loans, retail, MSME, and corporate loans. Legal & Field Action: Coordinate with branches and legal teams for recovery through notices, field visits, and action under SARFAESI/RDDBFI Acts. MIS & Provisioning: Generate management reports on recovery status and prepare data for provisioning of Standard and NPA accounts as per RBI IRAC norms. Compliance: Ensure adherence to Bank’s Recovery Policy and RBI guidelines on asset classification, provisioning, and reporting.
Eligibility Criteria: Graduate in Commerce/Law/Banking/Finance. CAIIB/IIBF certification preferred. Minimum 3-5 years experience in loan recovery, NPA management, or credit monitoring in Banks/NBFCs/Co-op Banks. Working knowledge of CBS, MS Excel, RBI IRAC norms, and SARFAESI Act. Strong communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
