What would you do? The Contract Specialist supports the drafting, review, negotiation, execution, and management of commercial agreements across procurement, vendor management, and business operations. This role partners with Client s internal stakeholders, legal teams, suppliers, and procurement leadership to ensure contracts align with Client policies, risk standards, and operational objectives. Analyze contract terms to identify legal, commercial, operational, and financial risks. Redline supplier agreements and propose alternative language aligned with company standards. Collaborate with legal, procurement, finance, compliance, and business stakeholders to resolve contractual issues Drive process improvements and standardization initiatives within contract management operations. Contract Services involve the management and administration of contracts between businesses and their clients or vendors. This includes drafting, reviewing, negotiating, and ensuring compliance with contract terms. The goal is to protect the interests of all parties involved and to ensure that agreements are clear and enforceable. Effective contract services help minimize risks and disputes. They also ensure that contractual obligations are met efficiently and on time. Develop & lead negotiations by focusing on mutual strategic interests & remaining unconditionally constructive to promote an enduring business relationship. Manage the overall contracting process by collaborating with client & Accenture procurement, legal, & business teams to get to an agreement.

Familiarity with contract lifecycle management (CLM) tools. Understanding of legal and commercial contracting concepts. Experience in pharmaceutical, healthcare, consumer healthcare, or FMCG environments is a plus. Knowledge of data privacy, compliance, and supplier governance requirements preferred.
Roles and Responsibilities: •Draft, review, and negotiate a variety of commercial agreements, including: Master Service Agreements (MSAs) Statements of Work (SOWs) Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs) Supplier and Vendor Contracts Amendments and Renewals •Analyze contract terms to identify legal, commercial, operational, and financial risks. •Redline supplier agreements and propose alternative language aligned with company standards. •Collaborate with legal, procurement, finance, compliance, and business stakeholders to resolve contractual issues •Drive process improvements and standardization initiatives within contract management operations. •Peer review, quality review
