Key Responsibilities
- Assemble seat components: Connect tracks, cushions, and frames.
- Install seats: Bolt seats into vehicle chassis.
- Connect electronics: Plug in airbags, heaters, and sensors.
- Inspect quality: Check for fabric rips or defects.
- Test mechanisms: Verify recline, slide, and swivel functions.
- Use power tools: Operate torque wrenches and pneumatic drivers.
- Follow safety protocols: Handle integrated seat airbags safely.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Technical skills: Proficiency with manual and air tools.
- Manual dexterity: Ability to handle heavy parts precisely.
- Attention to detail: Strict adherence to torque specifications.
- Physical stamina: Capabilities for lifting, bending, and standing.
- Experience: High school diploma or mechanical assembly experience.
