We are looking for a passionate and dedicated Montessori Teacher to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating a nurturing, sensory-rich environment that fosters independence, curiosity, and a lifelong love for learning. We value a holistic approach to education that integrates traditional Montessori principles with physical movement and nature-based exploration.
The ideal candidate is an observer by nature, a facilitator of discovery, and a warm communicator who can build strong relationships with both children and their families.
Key Responsibilities
- Environment Preparation: Design and maintain a beautiful, orderly, and developmentally appropriate Montessori classroom (the "prepared environment").
- Individualized Instruction: Observe each child’s progress and introduce new Montessori materials and lessons tailored to their specific interests and developmental stage.
- Holistic Development: Encourage social-emotional growth, self-regulation, and grace and courtesy within the classroom community.
- Movement & Nature Integration: Lead outdoor learning sessions and integrate kinetic movement activities to support physical coordination and sensory development.
- Observation & Documentation: Keep detailed records of each child’s work, milestones, and social interactions to share with parents and school leadership.
- Parent Partnership: Conduct parent-teacher conferences and provide guidance on how to support the child’s Montessori journey at home.
- Safety & Compliance: Maintain a safe, clean, and healthy environment in accordance with school policies and local licensing regulations.
Pay: ₹12,120.18 - ₹22,584.46 per month
