The Collection Executive is responsible for collecting due payments from members/customers, maintaining regular follow-up, and ensuring timely recovery of outstanding amounts. The role includes visiting customers in the field, maintaining collection records, issuing receipts as per company procedures, and coordinating with the branch team regarding overdue accounts. The Collection Executive should maintain good relationships with customers, achieve collection targets, and submit daily reports to the Branch Head. Field work and travel may be required depending on business needs and collection activities. The employee must follow the policies and guidelines of the society while performing duties.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
