We are looking for a proactive Telecaller Executive to connect with potential customers and generate leads for our sales team. This role focuses on initiating conversations, building initial interest, and passing qualified leads to the sales team for further engagement.
- Make outbound calls to potential customers from provided data.
- Introduce company services/products and create initial interest.
- Understand basic customer requirements and qualify leads.
- Schedule callbacks, demos, or meetings for the sales team.
- Maintain and update customer data in CRM/Excel.
- Follow up with prospects when required.
- Fresher or up to 6 months of experience in telecalling/customer interaction.
- Good communication skills (Hindi & basic English).
- Confident and polite speaking manner.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel
- Ability to engage customers and build rapport quickly.
- Self-motivated with a positive attitude.
