Job Description:
- Supervise daily maintenance activities of the campus/institution.
- Plan preventive and corrective maintenance schedules.
- Inspect buildings, classrooms, laboratories, hostels, and common areas regularly.
- Maintain records of maintenance requests, repairs, inventory, and service schedules.
- Monitor water usage, electricity consumption, and energy-saving practices.
