Role Overview
We are seeking a Zonal Manager – IDA Sales to lead our sales efforts in the West Zone, based out of Bengaluru/Mumbai. This role focuses on the Interior Designer and Architect (IDA) segment and requires someone with a strong understanding of the design world.
Ideal candidates will come from an architectural or interior design background and have successfully transitioned into sales or business development roles. This combination ensures both technical understanding and commercial acumen in working with design professionals and HNI clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive sales and business development within the IDA segment across the Zone.
- *Build and manage relationships with architects, interior designers, HNIs, and PMCs.
- Develop and implement regional sales strategies aligned with brand objectives.
- Manage the full sales cycle—from lead generation to closure and after-sales support.
- Ensure accurate and up-to-date client data and pipeline tracking using CRM software.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with design, marketing, and execution teams.
- Represent ORVI at design events, exhibitions, and key industry forums.
Preferred Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or related field is strongly preferred.
- Proven track record of at least 5 years in sales or business development, especially in luxury surfaces, home décor, or design-led products.
- Strong existing network among top architects, interior designers, and PMCs in the region.
- Hands-on experience using CRM platforms for lead management, client follow-up, and reporting.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Strategic thinker with strong planning, organization, and execution abilities.
- Self-driven and comfortable working independently as well as collaboratively.

Pay: ₹9,884.44 - ₹39,854.31 per month
