Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and creative SMO Executive with at least 1 year of hands-on experience in Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram Ads). The ideal candidate should be passionate about social media marketing, capable of planning and managing ad campaigns, and skilled at driving engagement and growth across social platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create, manage, and optimize Meta (Facebook & Instagram) ad campaigns to achieve performance targets.
- Develop engaging content strategies for social media platforms.
- Handle daily posting, scheduling, and monitoring across all social channels.
- Conduct audience research and competitor analysis to improve campaign performance.
- Track campaign performance, prepare reports, and provide actionable insights.
- Work closely with the creative team to develop high-performing ad creatives.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience in Meta Ads Manager.
- Strong understanding of social media trends, algorithms, and best practices.
- Basic knowledge of Canva or other design tools is a plus.
- Good communication skills and creativity.
