Monitor customer movement and floor staff performance.
Monitor staff behavior, grooming, and product knowledge.
Handle staff issues, conflicts, or growth professionally.
Resolve customer complaints quickly and professionally.
Ensure excellent service standards are maintained on the floor.
Track individual and team sales performance.
Report target achievement status to the HR manager.
Display & Stock Control.
Coordinate between floor staff and senior management.
Identify training needs of sales executives & Helpers.
Guide all Floor staff on customer service, product features, and showroom etiquette.
