Key Responsibilities
Sales & Lead Conversion
Handle inbound and outbound calls from prospective patients.
Convert inquiries into confirmed clinic appointments and walk-ins.
Ensure achievement of daily, weekly, and monthly conversion targets.
Generate revenue through effective lead nurturing and follow-ups.
Contact existing and prospective patients to promote clinic services.
Team Management
Supervise and guide Tele Advisors to achieve performance goals.
Monitor call quality, productivity, and conversion metrics.
Conduct regular team meetings and performance reviews.
Ensure adherence to company processes and communication standards.
CRM & Database Management
Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions.
Update lead status and follow-up activities in CRM software.
Track and monitor patient journeys and conversion ratios.
Generate performance reports and sales insights.
Customer Service & Operations
Handle patient queries, complaints, and concerns professionally.
Ensure timely resolution of patient issues.
Coordinate with clinic teams to ensure smooth patient experiences.
Maintain high standards of customer satisfaction.
Training & Development
Train and mentor team members on sales processes and customer engagement.
Participate in ongoing learning and development initiatives.
Ensure quality standards and first-call resolution practices are maintained.
Eligibility Criteria
Education
Graduate in any discipline preferred.
Experience
Minimum 2 years of experience in:
Telesales
Telecalling
Inside Sales
Call Center Operations
Healthcare Sales
Customer Service
Required Skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong leadership and team management abilities.
Sales and conversion-focused mindset.
CRM and database management experience.
Active listening and objection-handling skills.
Ability to work under targets and deadlines.
Good knowledge of MS Excel and reporting tools.
