Security & Safety
- Ensure the safety and security of all clients, staff, and visitors within the center.
- Monitor entry and exit points and regulate visitor access as per organizational protocols.
- Conduct regular security rounds and report any safety concerns immediately.
- Ensure compliance with all safety and security policies.
Client Support
- Assist the clinical and nursing teams in safely managing clients during emergencies or behavioral escalations.
- Emergency Response
- Respond promptly to emergencies, including client aggression, medical emergencies, fire alarms, or security incidents.
- Assist in evacuation procedures and emergency preparedness drills.
- Report incidents immediately to the reporting manager and document them as per protocol.
- Professional Conduct
- Maintain confidentiality regarding clients and organizational information.
- Demonstrate professionalism, discipline, and integrity at all times.
- Adhere to organizational values, policies, and code of conduct.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
