We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Retail Manager with years of experience in the retail industry to oversee store operations, drive sales performance, manage teams, and ensure an excellent customer experience. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, business understanding, and the ability to manage daily retail operations while achieving revenue and operational goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage overall store operations, including sales, customer service, inventory, and staff performance.
- Develop and execute strategies to achieve sales targets and improve store profitability.
- Lead, train, and motivate store staff to deliver excellent customer service and achieve performance goals.
- Monitor daily sales performance, analyze reports, and implement action plans for improvement.
- Ensure proper inventory management, stock availability, and minimize stock losses.
- Maintain visual merchandising standards and ensure the store presentation aligns with brand guidelines.
- Handle customer queries, feedback, and complaints professionally.
- Plan staff schedules, manage attendance, and optimize workforce productivity.
- Coordinate with warehouse, marketing, and management teams for smooth operations.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and operational procedures.
- Conduct regular store audits and maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization.
- Identify opportunities for increasing sales through promotions, upselling, and customer engagement.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
