The Performance Marketer will architect and manage high-budget ad campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), and LinkedIn. You will be responsible for setting up advanced conversion tracking (GTM, GA4), conducting A/B testing on ad creatives and landing pages, and continuously optimizing bidding strategies to lower Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC) while scaling revenue. A strong analytical mindset and experience with data-driven decision making are essential.
