Job Summary:
Brillsworth Realty is looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Pre-Sales Executive to manage lead generation, client coordination, and initial customer engagement for commercial real estate projects. The candidate will play a key role in connecting with prospective clients, understanding their requirements, and scheduling meetings/site visits for the sales team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally
- Generate and qualify leads through calls, references, and digital platforms
- Explain project details and address client queries
- Schedule meetings and site visits for the sales team
- Maintain and update customer databases and CRM records
- Follow up with prospective clients regularly
- Coordinate with internal sales teams for lead closures
- Maintain proper records of enquiries and customer interactions
- Ensure timely response to all client queries and requirements
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in any field
- 1–3 years of experience in Pre-Sales, Telecalling, Customer Support, or Real Estate Sales
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic knowledge of CRM and MS Excel
- Strong follow-up and convincing skills
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment
Preferred Skills:
- Real estate industry experience will be an added advantage
- Strong negotiation and coordination skills
- Positive attitude and team player mindset
