Job Summary
We are looking for a passionate and enthusiastic Data Analytics Trainer to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of data analytics concepts and the ability to train and mentor students through hands-on learning. Key Responsibilities
- Deliver classroom and online training sessions on Data Analytics.
- Teach Python for data analysis and automation.
- Train students in Exploratory Data Analysis (EDA) using real-world datasets.
- Explain Machine Learning concepts, algorithms, model building, and evaluation techniques.
- Conduct practical sessions on SQL for data retrieval and database management.
- Teach Microsoft Excel, including advanced formulas, Pivot Tables, charts, and dashboards.
- Train students in Power BI and Tableau for creating interactive dashboards and reports.
- Design assignments, assessments, and real-world projects.
- Monitor student progress and provide guidance and feedback.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and tools in Data Analytics.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of Python.
- Good understanding of Exploratory Data Analysis (EDA).
- Basic to intermediate knowledge of Machine Learning.
- Proficiency in SQL.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
- Hands-on experience with Power BI and Tableau.
- Familiarity with NumPy, Pandas, Matplotlib, and Scikit-learn.
- Strong communication, presentation, and mentoring skills.
- Passion for teaching and continuous learning.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Information Technology, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
- Relevant certifications in Data Analytics, Power BI, Tableau, or Machine Learning are an added advantage.
Experience
- 0–2 years of experience in Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, Data Science, or Training.
- Freshers with strong technical knowledge, hands-on project experience, and excellent communication skills are encouraged to apply.
Preferred Skills
- Experience working on real-world data analytics projects.
- Knowledge of data visualization best practices.
- Ability to simplify complex concepts for learners.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking skills.
