We are looking for a dynamic and confident Telecaller Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should have good English communication skills, a professional attitude, and the ability to handle customer interactions effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound and receive inbound calls professionally.
- Explain company products/services to customers clearly.
- Handle customer queries and provide accurate information.
- Maintain daily call records and follow-up with leads.
- Build positive customer relationships and ensure satisfaction.
- Achieve daily/weekly calling targets.
Requirements:
- Minimum qualification: Graduate / Undergraduate.
- Good English communication skills (Mandatory).
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Strong convincing and interpersonal skills.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
