- Domain Controller, DHCP, DNS, Proxy server etc.
- Backup solutions for desktops and servers
- OS Installation and system hardening of computer systems and servers
- Helpdesk or Incident Management systems. Ensuring timely updates and closures of tickets.
- Experience of handling CCTV, Access control related issues and conducting the 1st level of troubleshooting.
- Cloud technologies and administration
- Vendor coordination for raising tickets and ensuring closure
- Data center / Network room operations
