JOB PURPOSE
We are seeking dynamic, highly driven, and result-oriented Real Estate Sales Professionals to join our growing team in Gurgaon. In this role, you will be responsible for managing end-to-end sales cycles, closing lucrative commercial and residential deals, and building long-term relationships with premium clients.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead Management & Conversion: Effectively follow up on inbound company-generated leads and convert them into successful property transactions.
Client Consultations: Conduct detailed need-analysis for clients, understanding their investment budgets, preferences, and long-term property goals.
Site Visits: Schedule, coordinate, and lead property site visits for prospective buyers, highlighting key features, amenities, and market appreciation potential.
Deal Closure: Handle negotiations, resolve client objections, and seamlessly close deals in alignment with developer pricing guidelines.
Market Research: Stay updated on current real estate trends, upcoming infrastructure projects, new developer launches, and competitor activities across Gurgaon.
Relationship Management: Maintain post-sales relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referral networks.
KEY REQUIREMENTS
Experience: Minimum 1 year of proven experience in Real Estate Sales (experience handling major developers in Gurgaon / Delhi NCR is a massive plus).
Skills:
Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi to interact confidently with high-net-worth individuals (HNIs) and corporate clients.
Core Competencies: Exceptional negotiation, persuasion, and relationship-building abilities.
Professional Traits: High energy, self-motivated, and a target-driven mindset.
Mobility: Must possess own vehicle for regular client meetings and site visits across Gurgaon.
