Location: Sector 65, Gurugram
Salary: ₹35,000 – ₹40,000 per month
We are looking for an experienced and responsible HR Executive with prior experience in the healthcare/medical industry.
Qualification & Experience:
- MBA in Human Resources
- Minimum 2 years of HR experience
- Experience in a hospital, diagnostic centre, clinic or healthcare organisation is mandatory
- Good knowledge of recruitment, onboarding, attendance, payroll coordination and employee documentation
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle employee queries and day-to-day HR operations
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruitment and staff onboarding
- Maintaining employee records and HR documentation
- Attendance and leave management
- Payroll coordination
- Employee engagement and grievance handling
- Managing HR policies and compliance
- Coordinating training and performance reviews
