Job Summary
A confidential financial services organization is hiring an Area Sales Manager – Home Loans to manage business development through the channel partner network. The role involves leading a sales team, strengthening partner relationships, and supporting home loan business growth in coordination with internal departments.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage home loan sales through channel partners and assigned business networks
- Identify and onboard new channel partners to expand market coverage
- Lead and support Relationship Managers to improve productivity and performance
- Strengthen relationships with partners to ensure consistent business flow
- Monitor sales performance and share periodic updates with management
- Coordinate with Credit and Operations teams for smooth processing of applications
- Ensure compliance with company policies and documentation standards
- Support achievement of regional business objectives
Requirements
- Graduation is mandatory
- Minimum 5 years of experience in home loans or mortgage sales
- Prior experience in team handling preferred
- Experience working with channel partners or distribution networks is preferred
- Strong communication and relationship management skills
