Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to establish best practices and standards for packaged and cloud-based software solutions.
- Facilitate communication and coordination between cross-functional teams to ensure project alignment and delivery.
- Mentor and support junior team members to foster professional growth and skill development.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Angular.
- Strong knowledge of front-end development principles and best practices.
- Experience with integration of third-party services and APIs within packaged or cloud-based applications.
- Ability to design scalable and maintainable software architectures.
- Familiarity with release management and deployment processes in a SaaS environment.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
