- Handle customer queries through calls, emails, or chat.
- Provide accurate information regarding products and services.
- Resolve customer complaints professionally and efficiently.
- Maintain proper records of customer interactions.
- Ensure a positive customer experience and timely issue resolution.

- Voice Process: Handle inbound and outbound customer calls.

Pay: ₹24,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
