Position: CEO / Business Head – International Business (Ayurveda & Nutraceuticals)
Location: Ludhiana / Delhi NCR (with international travel)
CTC: ₹25 -30 Lakhs per annum + Performance Incentives
Company Overview:
We are building a global Ayurvedic healthcare and wellness brand focused on exporting Ayurvedic juices, herbal extracts, nutraceuticals, tablets, syrups, functional foods, and wellness products across international markets. We seek an entrepreneurial leader who can establish and scale our international business operations.
Role Summary:
The CEO / Business Head will be responsible for building the company’s international business from the ground up and driving growth across global markets. The individual will lead strategy, sales, marketing, exports, regulatory affairs, operations, finance, and team building.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute the international business strategy.
- Identify and establish new export markets across the USA, Canada, UK, Europe, Middle East, Africa, Southeast Asia, and Australia.
- Build and manage international distributor, importer, and channel partner networks.
- Drive export sales, revenue growth, and profitability.
- Manage regulatory approvals and compliance requirements in various countries.
- Coordinate with manufacturing, quality assurance, supply chain, and logistics teams.
- Lead brand-building, international exhibitions, trade shows, and B2B marketing initiatives.
- Establish overseas distribution channels and strategic partnerships.
- Recruit and lead teams across sales, exports, operations, marketing, finance, and customer support.
- Oversee P&L, budgeting, forecasting, and business performance.
- Ensure compliance with international trade regulations and documentation.
Candidate Profile:
- 10–20 years of experience in international business development and exports.
- Strong experience in Ayurveda, herbal products, nutraceuticals, healthcare, FMCG, food supplements, or wellness products.
- Proven track record of launching and scaling products in international markets.
- Strong network of distributors, importers, and channel partners globally.
- Hands-on experience in export documentation, international logistics, regulatory approvals, and market entry strategies.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to build a business from scratch.
- Experience managing multi-functional teams.
- Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.

Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹250,000.00 per month
