Job Summary:
Samson Scientific and Surgicals Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Purchase Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should have good communication, negotiation, and vendor management skills. Immediate joiners will be given preference.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle procurement and purchasing activities.
- Identify, evaluate, and negotiate with vendors and suppliers.
- Prepare and process purchase orders.
- Follow up with suppliers to ensure timely deliveries.
- Maintain purchase records and documentation.
- Coordinate with stores and other departments for material requirements.
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely replenishment.
- Compare quotations and ensure cost-effective purchasing.
Eligibility:
- Graduate in any discipline (preferred).
- 1–3 years of experience in purchase/procurement is preferred.
- Freshers with strong communication and computer skills may also apply.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and ERP software will be an advantage.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and organizational skills.
Salary: ₹22,000 – ₹25,000 per month (based on experience and skills)
Joining: Immediate joiners preferred.
