Role Description This is a full-time (3 months), on-site Soft Skills Trainer role based in Kuppam, Andhra Pradesh. The trainer will deliver engaging English language & Soft Skills for learners at varying proficiency levels, focusing on listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills. Daily responsibilities include preparing lesson plans and teaching materials, conducting classroom sessions, assessing learner progress, and providing constructive feedback. The trainer will collaborate with colleagues to align curriculum, participate in staff meetings or training sessions, and maintain accurate records of attendance, performance, and assessments while creating a supportive, inclusive classroom environment. Commercials - ₹ 25,000/- per month. Food & Accommodation provided in the college hostel or a single room outside the college. Food trainer has to manage. Travel - One side 3rd AC fare will be reimbursed. Qualifications Strong English Teaching and Soft Skills, with the ability to support learners at different levels. Proficiency in Lesson Planning and classroom preparation to deliver structured, engaging lessons. General training expertise, including classroom management, learner assessment, and differentiated instruction. Bachelor’s degree in English, Education, Linguistics, or a related field; Soft Skills certification is an advantage. Clear, confident spoken and written English communication skills. Ability to work on-site in Kuppam, Andhra Pradesh, collaborate with a team, and adapt training methods to diverse learner needs.
