Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow the company's social media presence across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, and other relevant channels.
- Create engaging social media posts, advertisements, and marketing creatives aligned with the brand identity.
- Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns to improve reach, engagement, and conversions.
- Generate leads through a combination of paid advertising and organic marketing strategies.
- Monitor campaign performance and suggest improvements based on insights and trends.
- Ensure consistent brand messaging and visual identity across all digital platforms.
- Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends and best practices.
Skills & Requirements
- Proficiency in Canva, Adobe Photoshop, or similar design tools.
- Basic understanding of social media marketing, paid advertising, and digital campaign management.
- Strong creative thinking and attention to detail.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Experience
- 1–3 years of experience in digital marketing or social media management is preferred.
- Freshers with relevant skills, creativity, and a strong portfolio are encouraged to apply.
