Responsibilities
1. Validate sales orders for compliance with guidelines and contractual terms before approval/IDoc ordering.
2. Monitor IDoc ordering across YHQ and affiliate factories; maintain FOB register for order planning.
3. Align FOB dates for all items in an order; track manufacturing status and expedite shipments based on urgency.
4. Release orders to factories for non-IDoc ordering (forecast models and manufacturing parts).
5. Manage material master extensions, HSN code updates, and store location changes via YGS Helpdesk.
6. Monitor inventory, identify material availability vs requirements, and coordinate with stores for allocation of forecast and
ROL items.
7. Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports for order planning and inventory management (Inventory, LM, OI, Purchase, etc.).
8. Resolve factory-related issues in consultation with regional nodes and project engineers.
9. Follow detailed instructions for all planning-related tasks.
10. Interact primarily within the team and direct line manager.
11. Contribute individually as part of a team with a focused scope of work.
