The Service Advisor acts as the primary liaison between customers and the service department for Honda or Royal Enfield two-wheelers. This role ensures high customer satisfaction by managing vehicle intake, diagnosing customer concerns, and explaining required repairs.Key ResponsibilitiesCustomer Service & Consultation
- Greet customers warmly upon arrival.
- Listen to customer complaints about vehicle performance.
- Conduct vehicle inspections alongside the customer.
- Record vehicle details and mileage accurately.
- Open job cards with precise technical descriptions.
Cost Estimation & Sales
- Provide cost estimates for parts and labour.
- Explain repair necessity clearly to non-technical customers.
- Upsell periodic maintenance packages and genuine accessories.
- Obtain customer approval before starting extra repairs.
- Track vehicle progress through the workshop floor.
Delivery & Post-Service
- Review final invoices with customers before delivery.
- Explain work completed during the service cycle.
- Handle billing transactions and resolve payment queries.
- Conduct follow-up calls to ensure satisfaction.
- Manage customer complaints with empathy and professionalism.
Qualification: ITI or Diploma (preferred), Graduates can also apply
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
