About the Role
Create engaging, accurate, and purpose-driven content for websites, social media, marketing campaigns, documentaries, scripts, and internal communication while maintaining the company’s tone and brand voice.
Key Responsibilities
- Write and edit content for websites, blogs, social media, advertisements, emails, brochures, and marketing materials.
- Develop scripts and written content for documentaries, videos, and other visual content.
- Research topics and convert information into simple, engaging, and reader-friendly content.
- Create headlines, hooks, captions, taglines, and CTAs.
- Proofread and edit content for grammar, clarity, accuracy, and consistency.
- Maintain consistency in brand voice, tone, and messaging.
- Collaborate with the Creative Team and other relevant teams for content requirements.
- Manage multiple assignments and ensure timely delivery.
- Revise content based on feedback and requirements.
- Maintain proper records of created and approved content.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Quality, originality, and accuracy of content.
- Timely completion and delivery of assignments.
- Grammar, readability, and error-free content.
- Quality of documentary/video scripts and creative copies.
- Content engagement and performance.
- Adherence to brand guidelines and tone.
- Effective incorporation of feedback.
- Consistency in meeting content requirements.
Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in English, Journalism, Mass Communication, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong command of English grammar, vocabulary, and sentence structure.
- Strong research, proofreading, and editing skills.
- Creative thinking with the ability to develop engaging content.
- Basic understanding of SEO and digital content practices preferred.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Knowledge of AI writing and content creation tools is an added advantage.
