What You'll Be Responsible For
- Identifying and developing new business opportunities through various sourcing channels
- Managing relationships with channel partners, brokers, and property consultants
- Conducting property presentations and client interactions
- Handling customer inquiries and converting leads into sales closures
- Achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Maintaining accurate sales pipeline and follow-up records
- Coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth customer onboarding and transaction processing
What We're Looking For
✔ Experience in residential real estate sales and sourcing activities
✔ Strong networking, negotiation, and communication skills
✔ Ability to build long-term client and broker relationships
✔ Self-motivated and target-oriented approach
✔ Immediate to 30-day joiners preferred
Eligibility Criteria
- Real Estate sales experience is mandatory
- Candidates from Channel Partner (CP) firms will not be considered
- Tele-calling or customer support profiles are not suitable for this role
