Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic fresher with an academic background in Accounting or Commerce to join us as a Liaison Officer and willing to travel around Tamil Nadu. This role is ideal for candidates who are eager to learn and start their career in accounts and coordination. Basic knowledge of Tally, E-way bill generation, and invoice creation will be an advantage. Strong communication skills, adaptability, and a willingness to take initiative are key to succeeding in this role.
Key Responsibilities:
Ø Assist in coordinating between accounts, purchase, sales, and logistics teams.
Ø To represent the company in the client places.
Ø Support invoice generation and basic accounting entries using Tally.
Ø Help in creating and managing E-way bills, purchase orders, and supporting documents.
Ø Follow up with vendors, customers, or internal teams to collect or share necessary information.
Ø Maintain proper filing and documentation of invoices, bills, and other records.
Ø Learn and assist with day-to-day accounting and administrative tasks.
Ø Be flexible to take on additional responsibilities as assigned.
Key Skills Required:
Ø B.Com / BBA / M.Com or equivalent (Accounts or Commerce background preferred).
Ø Basic knowledge of Tally ERP, invoice processing, and E-way bills (preferred but not mandatory).
Ø Good communication skills (both verbal and written).
Ø Quick learner with a positive attitude and flexible working style.
Ø Basic MS Office skills (Excel, Word).
Ø Strong sense of responsibility and attention to detail.
