Business Development Manager
Experience: 3+ Years
Qualification: BBA / MBA / B.Com
Location: Bangalore
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and manage relationships with HNI, UHNI and NRI clients.
- Generate premium real estate leads and investment opportunities.
- Conduct client meetings, presentations and property consultations.
- Coordinate with developers, channel partners and internal teams.
- Drive end-to-end sales closures for residential and commercial mandates.
- Maintain CRM records and sales pipeline.
- Achieve quarterly revenue and business targets.
Required Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, relationship management and
consultative selling skills.
Working Hours:
Monday to Friday: 10:00 AM – 6:30 PM
Saturday: 10:00 AM – 6:30 PM
