Job Description:
We are looking for a responsible and experienced Site Supervisor to manage daily construction site activities. The candidate will coordinate labor, ensure work quality, and maintain project timelines as per plan.
Responsibilities:
Supervise day-to-day site operations and workers
Ensure work is executed as per drawings and specifications
Monitor material usage and coordinate deliveries
Maintain site safety and cleanliness
Report progress to management regularly
Handle basic site documentation and coordination with clients
Requirements:
Diploma in Civil Engineering (preferred)
Minimum 1–2years of site experience
Basic knowledge of construction methods and materials
Ability to manage labor and solve site issues
Good communication skills
Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹18,000 per month (based on experience)
