Position: Soldering Technician (Hot Plate)
Working Mode: Full-time
Workplace: Kondapur, Hyderabad
Timings: 09.00 AM –6.30 PM (Monday - Saturday).
Qualification: ITI, Diploma
Eligibility: 1 to 5 Years of Experience
Salary Package: Negotiable
Nature of Work:
1. FR4, RT Duroid, gold plated PCB, High speed RF PCB, component assembly.
2. LP, LC, QFN Packages Attachment to the RF PCBs with the help of Hot Plate. 3. Attachment of RF PCBs and carrier plate attachment with Hot plate
4. SMA cables cutting and mounting, SMA connector assembly.
5. Maintenance of the soldering station, Cleaning of soldering iron,
6. Soldering SMD packages like 0805,0402,0603,0201, IC attachments of QFN, SOP packages
7. DB connectors, SMA Connector, Molex connector assembly and Wire Crimping, Total cable assemblies.
8. Good knowledge on temperature sensitive components soldering.
9. Equipment Selection -- Determining the kind of tools and equipment needed to do a job.
10. Operation and Control -- Controlling operations of equipment or systems.
11. Monitoring -- Monitoring/Assessing performance of yourself, other individuals, or organizations to make improvements or take corrective action.
12. Flux cleaning procedures
13. Skilled in conformal coating procedures
Minimum Service Agreement: 2 Months Training + 24 Months Full time Employment
Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹450,000.00 per year
