We’re looking for an experienced, creative 3D visualization experience. You’ll have the opportunity to work with a team of Designers, Architects, and Engineers to assist with the design and development of 3D architectural and interior design projects.
Location : Mumbai(people with good experience across India can apply)
Role and Responsibilities
● Diversified architectural and 3D project design experience
● Experience translating architect's sketches and CAD/Revit documents into realized 3D models and images
● Architectural design or studio background and extensive experience with graphics, Autocad Maya, Photoshop, Adobe Premiere, Illustrator, In-Design, 3Ds Max, Sketch-Up, V-ray or similar.
● Experience with Lumion, Twinmotion, After Effects, Unreal Engine, Unity, Revit & other 3D platforms preferred.
● Knowledge of VR /AR Systems preferred
● Candidate will create a variety of high-quality, realistic exterior and interior architectural 3D models, renderings & diagrams.
● You’ll work both independently and with project teams in creating representations of design sketches or developed projects. You’ll ensure acceptable levels of quality and check for coordination of work to assure documents reflect design intent and necessary coordination.
Qualifications
● This position requires a Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Graphic Design, or similar degree.
● 3-5 years’ work experience.
● A thorough knowledge of the Architectural design practice, construction and Real Estate development projects are desired.
● Strong interpersonal skills to effectively communicate within the group, and outside personnel.
● Ability to schedule, prioritize and ensure completion and accuracy of assigned tasks under tight timelines is needed.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
