JOB TITLE: Sales Officer (Construction Chemicals)
Location: Kadapa, Nandyala, Badvel, Chirala, Markapuram, Kandukur (Kadapa mostly)
Salary: As per industry standards
Qualification:
- B.Tech, Diploma in Civil Engineering & MBA
Experience:
- 2–6 years of experience in the cement industry
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Appoint new distributors & dealers and retail shops for construction chemical products in the assigned territory
- Maintain strong relationships with existing retailers and distributors to ensure continuous business growth
- Ensure product availability and proper stock levels in the market through the dealer network
- Promote company products through various marketing and retail activities
- Conduct product demonstrations at retail outlets and small construction sites
- Increase sales volume by strengthening the dealer and retailer network
- Organize small meetings with contractors and masons to create product awareness
- Collect and report market demand and customer feedback to management
Key Skills:
- Good communication and relationship management skills
- Knowledge of the cement industry
- Understanding of retail sales, dealer network, and distribution channels
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
