Regional Operations Manager – ELV Projects

Reporting To: Business Operations Manager
Job Summary: The Regional Operations Manager will oversee and drive end-to-end operations for large-scale ELV projects across India. The role involves managing regional project execution, leading Project Managers and technical teams, ensuring operational excellence, maintaining client relationships, and delivering projects within timelines, budget, and quality standards. The ideal candidate should possess strong leadership capabilities, Pan India project exposure, and deep technical expertise in ELV systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead execution and delivery of large-scale ELV projects including CCTV, Fire Alarm, Access Control, BMS, and related systems across multiple locations in India.
- Oversee planning, scheduling, installation, commissioning, testing, and project handover activities.
- Manage and mentor Project Managers, engineers, and technical teams to ensure efficient project execution.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in compliance with quality and safety standards.
- Conduct regular site reviews and operational audits to monitor progress, risk, compliance, and performance.
- Optimize utilization of manpower, materials, and equipment to improve operational efficiency and cost effectiveness.
- Develop and implement operational strategies, policies, and process improvements aligned with organizational goals.
- Monitor regional operations KPIs and provide periodic performance reports to management.
- Manage regional operational budgets and drive cost-saving initiatives.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, consultants, and internal stakeholders.
- Handle client escalations, operational challenges, and critical project issues effectively.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations, company policies, and safety standards across all projects.
- Support recruitment, training, and development initiatives for regional teams.
- Delegate responsibilities effectively to achieve operational and business objectives.
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in electrical, Electronics, or related Engineering discipline.
- 8-15 years of experience in ELV systems and project operations management with Pan-India exposure.
- Proven experience in leading Project Managers and cross-functional operational teams.
- Strong technical expertise in CCTV, Access Control, Fire Alarm Systems, BMS, and integrated ELV solutions.
- Sound knowledge of project management, budgeting, resource planning, and operational processes.
- Excellent leadership, communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and regional operations simultaneously.
- Strong focus on quality, safety, compliance, and customer satisfaction.
Pay: ₹2,000,000.00 - ₹2,400,000.00 per year
