About the Company
Khushbu Auto Finance Ltd. is a fast-growing NBFC specializing in vehicle financing solutions across India. We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Senior MIS Officer to manage data reporting, business analytics, and MIS automation that supports strategic decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and circulate Daily, Weekly, Monthly, and Annual MIS reports.
- Develop, maintain, and automate MIS reports using Advanced Excel and reporting tools.
- Analyze business performance, loan disbursement, collection, recovery, and portfolio reports.
- Create dashboards and management reports for senior leadership.
- Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and timely submission of all reports.
- Coordinate with Branches, Collection, Sales, Credit, HR, Accounts, and Operations teams for data collection and validation.
- Perform trend analysis and provide actionable insights to improve business performance.
- Maintain and update master databases with proper documentation.
- Generate branch-wise, region-wise, employee-wise, and product-wise performance reports.
- Support management during audits by providing required MIS and data reports.
- Identify opportunities for process automation and reporting improvements.
- Monitor data quality and resolve discrepancies in coordination with relevant departments.
- Train junior MIS staff on reporting standards and best practices.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Applications, Commerce, Statistics, Mathematics, IT, or a related field.
- MBA or PG Diploma in Analytics/IT will be an added advantage.
Experience
- 4–7 years of experience in MIS, Data Analysis, or Reporting.
- Experience in an NBFC, Banking, or Financial Services industry is preferred.
Technical Skills
- Advanced Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, Power Query, Power Pivot, Macros, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH).
- Strong knowledge of SQL and database management.
- Experience with Power BI or Tableau is preferred.
- Good knowledge of ERP/MIS software.
- Strong analytical and reporting skills.
