Position: Senior HVAC Engineer
Experience: 6–10 Years
Location:Coimbatore
Key Responsibilities
Develop detailed HVAC designs for building and infrastructure projects.
Perform cooling load calculations, heat load calculations, ventilation calculations, and equipment sizing.
Design HVAC systems including AHUs, FCUs, VRF/VRV, chilled water systems, ventilation and exhaust systems.
Prepare HVAC layouts, schematics, equipment schedules and technical documentation.
Select appropriate HVAC equipment based on project requirements and design criteria.
Prepare ductwork and chilled water piping layouts.Coordinate HVAC systems with Architectural, Structural, Electrical, Plumbing and Fire Fighting disciplines.
Review drawings, specifications and project requirements to identify design conflicts.
Conduct design reviews and resolve technical issues.Support preparation of BOQ, material specifications and technical submittals.
Review shop drawings and provide technical support during project execution.Participate in coordination meetings with clients, consultants, contractors and internal teams.
Ensure designs comply with relevant ASHRAE standards, international codes and project-specific requirements.
Work closely with the BIM team to ensure accurate and coordinated Revit models.Review HVAC BIM models and provide engineering inputs where required.Mentor and guide junior engineers and BIM team members.

Preferred Experience6–10 years of relevant HVAC design experience.
Experience in MEP consulting / engineering design.
Experience handling multidisciplinary projects.International / GCC project experience will be an advantage.
Knowledge of ASHRAE and international HVAC standards.
Experience working with BIM/Revit teams is preferred.
Pay: ₹80,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
