The Senior Sales Manager will lead a team of 4-5 field sales executives to drive revenue growth in IT hardware and solution sales. This role requires strong leadership, strategic planning & hands-on sales expertise to expand market share & achieve business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Team Leadership & Management
- Supervise, mentor & motivate 4 field sales executives.
- Set clear sales targets, monitor performance & provide regular feedback.
- Conduct weekly sales reviews & pipeline updates.
Sales Strategy & Execution
- Develop & implement sales strategies for IT hardware & solutions.
- Identify new business opportunities & expand existing accounts.
- Collaborate with marketing & product OEM teams to align sales campaigns
Client Relationship Management
- Build & maintain strong relationships with key clients .
- Negotiate pricing .
- Ensure customer satisfaction & long-term retention.
Market & Competitor Analysis
- Track industry trends, competitor activities & emerging technologies.
- Provide insights to senior management for strategic decision-making.
Reporting & Forecasting
- Prepare accurate sales forecasts, budgets & performance reports.
- Present quarterly business reviews to leadership.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
- 2< years of experience in IT hardware and solution sales, with at least 3 years in a managerial role is preferable .
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong leadership, communication & negotiation skills.
- Knowledge of IT infrastructure, networking, servers, storage & enterprise solutions.
- Ability to work under pressure and deliver results in a competitive market.
Performance Metrics
- Achievement of team sales targets (monthly/quarterly/annual).
- Growth in new client acquisition & retention.
- Revenue contribution from IT hardware & solution sales.
- Team productivity & skill development.
Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
