We are seeking a creative and performance-driven Graphic Designer cum Video Editor to join our digital marketing agency. In this role, you will create scroll-stopping visuals and engaging video content for various clients across industries. The ideal candidate understands digital trends, audience behavior, and how to design content that drives engagement, clicks, and conversions.
Key Responsibilities
- Design high-quality creatives for social media (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.), ads, and marketing campaigns
- Edit short-form and long-form videos (Reels, YouTube, ads, promos) optimized for digital platforms
- Create motion graphics, transitions, and basic animations to enhance video content
- Collaborate with content strategists, copywriters, and performance marketers
- Adapt creatives for different brands, industries, and target audiences
- Ensure all designs and videos align with brand guidelines and campaign objectives
- Optimize creatives based on performance metrics (CTR, engagement, retention)
- Manage multiple client projects and meet tight deadlines
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects)
- Experience in editing social media videos and ad creatives
- Strong understanding of digital marketing content (hooks, thumbnails, storytelling)
- Knowledge of current social media trends and formats (Reels, Shorts, etc.)
- Good sense of design, typography, and color theory
- Ability to work in a fast-paced agency environment
- Strong communication and time management skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working in a digital marketing agency
- Familiarity with tools like Canva, CapCut, or DaVinci Resolve
- Basic understanding of Meta Ads, Google Ads, or YouTube content strategy
- Knowledge of UI/UX or landing page design
