Position Overview
MSM Unify is seeking an experienced and dynamic Director Eduverse to lead our global sales and sponsorship initiatives. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing strategic plans to drive revenue growth, establish key partnerships, and strengthen MSM Unifys global market presence.
This leadership role requires expertise in sponsorship management, strategic sales, business development, stakeholder engagement, and team leadership.
- Key Responsibilities
- Sponsorship Strategy
- Develop and implement a comprehensive sponsorship strategy aligned with business objectives.
- Identify and prioritize potential sponsors based on strategic fit and revenue potential.
- Stay updated with industry trends and sponsorship best practices.
- Sponsor Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with current and prospective sponsors.
- Conduct needs assessments to understand sponsor objectives and expectations.
- Ensure high levels of sponsor satisfaction and engagement.
- Proposal Development
- Make compelling sponsorship proposals and presentations.
- Customize proposals to align with sponsor objectives.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure sponsorship deliverables are achievable.
- Contract Negotiation
- Negotiate and finalize sponsorship agreements.
- Work closely with Legal and Finance teams to ensure contract compliance.
- Ensure timely invoicing and payment processing.
- Lead negotiations for complex sponsorship and sales agreements.
- Revenue Generation
- Develop and execute strategies to achieve and exceed sponsorship revenue targets.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling sponsorship packages.
- Analyze sponsorship performance, sales data, and market trends.
- Identify new revenue streams and strategic partnerships.
- Drive direct sales initiatives to maximize revenue growth.
- Event Integration
- Collaborate with Marketing and Events teams to integrate sponsors into events.
- Ensure maximum sponsor visibility before, during, and after events.
- Oversee sponsorship activation plans and execution.
- Market Research
- Conduct market research to identify sponsorship opportunities and industry trends.
- Stay informed about sponsor expectations and market demands.
- Provide strategic recommendations based on research findings.
- Global Sponsorship Management
- Lead the development and execution of global sponsorship strategies.
- Build long-term relationships with key sponsors and partners.
- Negotiate sponsorship agreements that maximize mutual value.
- Team Leadership
- Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing global sales and sponsorship team.
- Provide coaching and support to achieve individual and team goals.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and facilitate team development initiatives.
- Collaboration Communication
- Partner with Marketing, Events, Product, and other internal teams.
- Provide regular updates to senior leadership on sponsorship and sales performance.
- Represent MSM Unify at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities.
- Performance Analytics
- Analyze sales and sponsorship performance using data-driven insights.
- Implement improvement strategies to optimize business outcomes.
- Qualifications
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Education, Business Administration, International Relations, Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Extensive experience in the international education industry.
- Proven experience in global partnerships, student recruitment, or educational technology.
- Strong leadership and people management skills.
- Experience developing and implementing global business strategies.
- Experience organizing or leading educational conferences, summits, or large-scale events.
